The next step of landing in Europe

Fotogallery Tesla is moving its pieces in the old continent. After opening a store in London, Monaco, Munich, the californian brand is looking at Italy.

Tesla has hired the italian manager Cristiano Carlutti as Vice President for the company's European operations. Formerly he was responsible for the european network of Fiat showrooms. His duty at Tesla will be the coordination of the stores to purchase Tesla Roadster, Model S and future models.

Gianmarco Tamburrini, Italy Regional Sales Manager, reported us that Tesla Roadster should be added to the list of the 4 electric cars making their debut in Italy in 2010, so it is expected to be on our roads by the end of the year, when is predicted to open the Tesla Store in Milan.

Fully electric, a 370 km range, from 0 to 100 in 3,7 seconds, 200 km/h top speed. Price 100000 euro (VAT included).
