Suzuki SX4 Fuel Cell Vehicle at the Group of Eight Summit

First road tests under way

Among the events organized for the G8 Summit at Hokkaido Tokyako on July 7th there stand out the Suzuki initiatives to exhibit the SX4-FCV at the Environmental Showcase and to put up a stand at the International Media Center.

The SX4-FCV features excellent performance thanks to a technologically advanced fuel cell designed by GM, a 70 Mpa high-pressure hydrogen tank developed by Suzuki and a compact lightweight capacitor that captures energy from regenerative braking. Suzuki has planned further road tests for the SZ4-FC and their results will be taken into account for developing a future car to be launched into the market.
